We recommend washing at 30°C with reduced spin speed - by the way, this is the gentlest method for all your textiles. Please turn the print inside out and do not wash warmer than 40°C.

Since fabric softener is not used in wash tests of organic textiles, we cannot provide a recommendation in this regard.

We will get back to you as soon as possible and find a solution. The return shipping costs for damaged products will be covered by us.

Upon receipt of your order in our system, you will receive an email within a few minutes. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service. 

Within a period of 24 hours, your orders can be easily canceled. Please inform us of your cancellation, providing your name, order number, and item number(s) as soon as possible via email at kundenservice(at)countingmemories.com. We will get in touch with you.

We make a great effort to present our products in the shop as authentically as possible, providing a lot of information, detailed photos, and size specifications. All of this is aimed at reducing CO2 emissions: We encourage our customers to order only one size to avoid unnecessary shipping routes through returns. Therefore, the return shipping must be paid by the buyer.

Once your returned item has reached us and we have initiated the refund, you will receive a confirmation email. We will refund the respective amount to your original payment source. This process can take up to 10 business days.
